Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 12–15+ years of accounting experience in multinational companies $100M+.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606, ASC 805, ASC 842.
• US GAAP and IFRS experience; multi-currency consolidations.
• CPA license and SOX 404 experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting across global entities and prepare timely financial statements.
• Lead month-end close, policy development, and internal controls framework.
• Manage intercompany eliminations, consolidations, and foreign currency translations.
• Partner with FP&A for budgets/forecasts and ensure ASC 606 compliance.
• Drive process improvements and ERP/system implementations; lead M&A due diligence projects.
