Job summary

Centific is seeking a Director of Accounting to own the end-to-end accounting organization, including the global close, technical accounting, and policy under US GAAP. You will serve as the de facto Controller, ensuring accurate numbers and rigorous internal controls.

The role requires prior Big 4 training and in-house growth to Senior Manager or Director levels, with cross-time-zone experience and ability to manage audits and complex transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global close across multiple entities.
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and ASC standards.
• Proven audit leadership with a Big 4 firm.

Responsibilities

• Own global month-, quarter-, and year-end close across all entities.
• Oversee consolidated financial statements, intercompany accounting, and reporting to CFO/board.
• Lead accounting operations including revenue, leases, payroll, equity, and treasury.
• Maintain accounting policy, SOX controls, and drive automation of manual processes.
