Job summary

Harness is seeking an experienced treasury leader to build and scale the treasury function from the ground up. You will establish cash management infrastructure, banking relationships, FX risk management, and liquidity reporting for a fast-growing, multi-currency, global company with a pre-IPO trajectory.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive treasury experience in technology and/or financial services.
• Hands-on global cash management, multi-currency operations, and banking relationship management.
• Experience building or expanding a treasury function at a high-growth company.
• Familiarity with FX risk management, hedging instruments, and ASC 815 hedge accounting.
• Strong financial modeling and understanding of SOX controls.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage global cash management infrastructure across entities and banking partners.
• Develop cash flow forecasting and liquidity reporting to leadership and Board.
• Establish cash pooling, intercompany funding, and working capital management.
• Negotiate banking terms, facilities, and service agreements; support multi-country payroll funding.
