Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Global Controller with a CPA to lead finance for a growing tech firm, overseeing close, consolidations, and financial reporting across multi-entity operations. You will provide strategic financial leadership and drive scalable processes in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in accounting, a CPA, strong US GAAP knowledge, and hands-on experience with Sage Intacct, Excel modeling, and currency translations in global settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• CPA license or credential (active or inactive).
• 10+ years in progressive accounting roles with close cycle experience and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, especially revenue recognition and business combinations; experience with audits and multi-entity consolidation.
• Working knowledge of IFRS; Solen is a US C-corp, so US GAAP is priority.
• Expertise in Sage Intacct, including multi-entity and multi-currency consolidations.
• Experience managing FX exposure and currency translation in multi-entity environments.
• Experience in private equity or growth environments, tech/software, or large multi-entity operations.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills.
