Job summary

Armada seeks a builder-minded Director, Corporate Controller to lead the global accounting function and drive IPO readiness. You will set controllership strategy, own close and policy, and build a controls environment for a multi-entity manufacturing and deployment business.

You will architect processes and systems, while remaining hands-on to resolve complex technical questions. Reports to VP, Finance and collaborates with FP&A, Treasury, Legal, and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• CPA licensure is required or active.
• Experience leading accounting in high-growth/public companies is required.

Responsibilities

• Own global month-/quarter-/year-end close and drive to 7–10 business days.
• Deliver US GAAP financial statements including multi-entity consolidation and foreign currency translation.
• Lead accounting policy, revenue recognition (ASC 606), leases (ASC 842), stock-based compensation (ASC 718).
• Own external audits, SOX readiness, and IPO workstreams.
