Job summary

Dandy is seeking a senior leader to own the global Accounting and Treasury function, partnering with the C‑suite as the company scales internationally and prepares for IPO.

Responsibilities include building scalable financial systems, leading SOX and audit readiness, and driving cost accounting, consolidation across multiple entities, and NetSuite-based tech roadmap while expanding across Europe, LATAM and APAC.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of accounting experience in a high-growth, complex company.
• Experience preparing a company for IPO readiness or as a public company.
• Multi-entity international consolidation and transfer pricing experience.
• Ability to build scalable accounting systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial reporting, close, consolidation and reconciliations.
• Lead SOX readiness, audits and policy development.
• Oversee international expansion and intercompany processes.
• Own NetSuite-based systems roadmap and automate processes with AI where possible.
• Partner with Tax, FP&A, People systems and Operations to ensure data quality.
