Job summary

Moove AV is seeking a high-level Controller to own end-to-end accounting and control across US and international entities. This player-coach role will build processes, policies, and a growing team to ensure books are accurate, timely, and audit-ready as the company scales.

You will report to the Head of Finance and collaborate with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and the parent company. Strong GAAP knowledge and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA license required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with team leadership.
• Deep technical foundation in US GAAP and internal controls.
• Hands-on experience with multi-entity accounting, inter-company transactions, and consolidated reporting.
• ERP implementation ownership (Dynamics, NetSuite, QuickBooks Enterprise)
• Experience with multi-country operations including FX translation.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrity of the company’s books across US and international entities.
• Design, implement, and enforce internal controls and accounting policies.
• Build, mentor, and lead the accounting team; set close standards.
• Serve as the technical accounting authority for US GAAP and IFRS.
• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close; manage consolidations.
• Oversee inter-company reconciliations and multi-entity consolidation.
• Lead external audits and tax coordination across jurisdictions.
