Job summary

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) seeks an experienced contracts professional to support one or more business units in capturing and managing international direct commercial sales contracts. You will review requests for proposals, interface with legal on terms, negotiate, and ensure compliance with U.S.

export controls and company policy. Role involves cross-functional collaboration across Legal, Finance, Engineering, Pricing, and International Trade Compliance to develop

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in contract administration (or related discipline).
Progressive professional experience in contract administration, six or more years.

Responsibilities

Review bids and proposals for compliance with company policy and regulations (U.S. export and other applicable rules).
Support or lead customer negotiations as required.
Coordinate with Legal, Strategic Development, Program Management, Engineering, Pricing, Subcontracts, International Trade Compliance and Finance for input and alignment.
Review and negotiate non-disclosure, teaming, license, and MOU agreements; modify contracts with Legal input.
Maintain primary contact with customers for assigned commercial international and Foreign Military Sales contracts.
