Job summary

RTX Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager of Cybersecurity Contractual Compliance to lead cybersecurity compliance for proposals, contracts, and program execution. You will analyze cybersecurity requirements, guide risk mitigation, and develop CDRL/SDRL artifacts while collaborating cross-functionally with Contracts, Supply Chain, and Legal teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of DoD regulations (DFARS, NIST RMF/CMMC), active U.S. government clearance, and the ability to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in cybersecurity.
• Advanced degree with 7+ years in cybersecurity.
• Active and transferable U.S. government clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Perform cybersecurity impact analysis for proposals and contract/subcontract requirements (SOWs, CDRLs, SDRLs).
• Provide guidance and language to mitigate risk and define bid/acceptance constraints.
• Develop and deliver cybersecurity CDRL/SDRL artifacts for program responses.
• Enable programs to respond to external cybersecurity requests and regulatory compliance needs.
• Collaborate with external parties to evaluate requirements and solution landscape.
• Support prime and subcontractor cybersecurity challenges.
• Travel 10%.
