Job summary

RTX seeks a Manager, Contracts to support the Global PATRIOT Asia Pacific Contracts Team within the Land and Air Defense Systems business unit. The role focuses on proposal activity and contract execution for Korea PATRIOT, including US Army FMS and DAPA international sales.

You will advise on negotiations, draft and manage contract documents, ensure ITAR/EAR compliance, coordinate with program teams, review Terms and Conditions, and support risk mitigation and accounts receivable processes.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree or advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience administering U.S. Government FMS contracts under FAR/DFARS or International Direct Commercial Sale.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise and/or represent the organization on contract negotiation and administration matters.
• Draft, interpret, and manage contract documents for Contracts and the Business Unit.
• Ensure ITAR/EAR compliance and coordinate with program teams.
• Lead and support proposal management and business risk mitigation.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and multi-task complex contract activities.
