Job summary

Specialty Coffee Association is seeking a contract recruiter to screen candidates and coordinate hiring for global roles. The role involves evaluating applicants, managing the hiring process, and coordinating across teams in multiple time zones.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable with limited sourcing and scheduling across ETZ. The position is approximately 10 hours per week for a three-month contract, with preference for candidates located in the Eastern time zone to support cross-team

Ability to manage multiple searches and coordinate across time zones.

Responsibilities

Review applications and identify candidates who meet position requirements.
Conduct initial phone or video screens to assess qualifications, interest, and alignment with the role.
Provide concise candidate summaries and recommendations to hiring managers.
Schedule interviews across time zones and coordinate communication with candidates and interview teams.
Collect interview feedback, track next steps, and follow up to keep the process moving.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Conduct targeted sourcing when needed.
Support offer coordination and the transition to onboarding.
