Job summary

QTS Realty Trust seeks a Construction Services Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, contracting and supplier performance for data center construction, design and commissioning. You will drive RFPs, manage budgets, track KPIs and collaborate with Development Program Managers and executives to align with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4–5+ years in construction procurement or related roles.
• Experience developing long-range sourcing plans and reducing total costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFPs for Construction, Design, Commissioning and related services.
• Manage budgets, schedules and approvals with Development Program Managers.
• Provide procurement status and recommendations to executives.
• Develop KPI’s and monitor supplier performance.
• Draft and negotiate construction-related contracts and terms.
• Coordinate with Site Operations, Finance and Suppliers to resolve issues.
