Job summary

Gigs seeks a Technical Project Manager, Connectivity, to help run day-to-day operations of global connectivity services. You will coordinate carrier onboarding, pricing updates, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Finance to drive efficient, scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in an analytical or operational role, preferably in tech or startup environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; comfortable with spreadsheets and data tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to keep stakeholders aligned.

Responsibilities

• Support core connectivity operations across carrier onboarding, pricing updates, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee SIM management, inventory tracking, and distribution processes across markets.
• Own escalations and troubleshoot by coordinating with Product and Support teams.
