Job summary

Gigs is seeking a Technical Product Manager for Connectivity, Americas, to own the Americas network integration roadmap and drive carrier integrations into the Gigs operating system. You’ll work with an Americas engineering team and the connectivity group to turn fragmented carrier data into a seamless developer and user experience, balancing reliability, performance, and long-term platform vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of product management experience in API, platform, or integration-heavy systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on mentality: ownership and proactive progress in a remote environment.
• Able to juggle many competing priorities without getting overwhelmed.
• Excellent technical understanding—worked on complex integration projects with engineers.
• Fluency with data: able to run analyses to prioritize and show impact.
• Able to quickly adapt to telecom or similarly complex domains.

Responsibilities

• Own the Americas network integration roadmap, balancing new-market expansion, reliability, and the long-term platform vision.
• Transform fragmented, legacy carrier systems into a unified product experience.
• Define platform features each integration can support and scope with the engineering team.
• Assess whether a carrier meets technical and standards requirements.
• Identify and manage risks of integrations early on.
• Partner with Connectivity and Engineering to land integrations on time.
