Job summary

Gigs is building the telecom OS that regulators and platforms rely on. You will own end-to-end integration programs with carriers, scoping from contract to live traffic, and work with a squad of PMs, engineers, and connectivity specialists.

Expect to read API specs, translate them into execution plans, and drive timelines, risks, and launch readiness across Product, Engineering, and Operations. This is an early-hire role shaping our carrier strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical program/project management, technical delivery, or solutions/partner engineering role at a technology company.
• Hands-on experience running API-based integrations and reading API docs.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the integration program.
• Master timelines, trackers, risk logs, and launch-readiness checklists.
• Own delivery end-to-end across Product, Engineering, and Connectivity Operations.
• Translate carrier documentation into execution plans.
• Collaborate with Network Product Manager and engineers.
