Job summary

Gigs is expanding its Carrier Integration function and seeks a Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end carrier integrations. You will read APIs, participate in architecture discussions, and drive timelines from contract to live traffic with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical program, project management, or solutions/partner engineering role at a tech company.
• Hands-on experience running API-based integrations.
• Ability to read API docs and discuss architecture with engineers.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end integrations with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the integration program with timelines, trackers, risk logs, and launch readiness checklists.
• Set the pace for the integration squad and coordinate with internal teams.
• Own delivery end-to-end across milestones, dependencies, and risk.
• Engage with Engineering as a technical peer and understand API contracts.
• Translate carrier documentation into a clear, sequenced build plan.
• Run technical alignment meetings and manage blockers before they arise.
• Act as connective tissue across Gigs, carriers, and vendors.
• Help shape the playbook and tools for how carrier integrations are run.
