Job summary

Gigs is seeking a Technical Product Manager for Connectivity, Americas to own the network integration roadmap and drive carrier integrations across the region. You will collaborate with a dedicated Americas engineering team and the connectivity group to unlock ARR growth by enabling seamless carrier integrations.

You'll define which platform features each integration supports, assess carrier fit against technical standards, and prioritize work with engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in API/platform/integration-heavy systems.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; strong problem-solving ability.
• Hands-on mentality with remote-work communication and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the Americas network integration roadmap and drive carrier integrations into the Gigs platform.
• Define platform features for each integration and assess carrier fit against technical standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and connectivity teams to deliver integrations on time.
• Identify risks early and manage scope across complex, integration-heavy work streams.
