Job summary

HP is seeking a Global Compliance Training Program Manager to lead large-scale global training campaigns within the Compliance Learning Portfolio. The role partners with cross-functional teams to shape strategy, develop solutions, and drive program execution from needs assessment through design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include managing global campaigns, maintaining stakeholder alignment on scope and budget, and staying ahead of learning tech

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Learning and Development, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Typically 3-5 years of relevant work experience in consulting, training design, facilitation, project management, and learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Leads the global compliance training portfolio with stakeholders.
• Plans and executes global campaigns through all implementation phases.
• Ensure flawless delivery of compliance campaigns.
• Manage stakeholder expectations for deliverables, timelines, and budget.
• Develop learning strategies for cross-business impact.
• Lead multiple large projects with global teams from needs assessment to optimization.
• Apply subject matter knowledge from strategy to implementation.
• Stay updated on learning tech trends and provide guidance.
