Qualifications

• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication; ability to distill legal concepts.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs with localization requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and lifecycle management of global compliance learning portfolios.
• Deploy AI-enabled learning tools, simulations, and micro-learnings to boost engagement.
• Create targeted compliance toolkits and campaigns to reinforce culture of trust and accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address regulatory risks and measure training efficacy.
