Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in design, creation and deployment of corporate compliance learning within a global enterprise.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication; ability to distill complex legal concepts into clear guidance.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs with tight deadlines and localization requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development, rollout, and lifecycle management of Cisco's global compliance learning portfolio (COBC, Partner/Supplier Codes, Public Sector Ethics, and Anti-Corruption/Sales Compliance).
• Deploy AI-enabled learning tools, simulation workflows, and micro-learnings to drive engagement and retention.
• Develop targeted compliance toolkits and global campaigns to reinforce trust and accountability culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address regulatory risks and enable actionable metrics and post-training efficacy measurements.
