ADP is seeking an Internal Audit Manager – Compliance to lead global compliance audits across ADP's businesses, products, and functions. You’ll plan, conduct fieldwork, and report audits while partnering with Compliance, Legal, and Global teams, and overseeing co-sourced resources and multiple engagements.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in audit, including 4+ years leading audits, with strong data analysis, executive presence, and stakeholder communication. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant audit experience with at least 4 years leading audits.
• Experience leading multiple audits and managing concurrent projects.
• Strong relationships with stakeholders and effective reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of compliance audits (planning, fieldwork, reporting).
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously and manage timelines.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews to define scope and assess risks.
• Review audit documentation and provide project-level feedback.
• Analyze data to identify trends and risk insights.
• Lead meetings and communicate results to senior management.
• Support the department with knowledge in key processes.
• Travel up to 20% per year.
