Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive audit, controls, tax, and accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and corporate tax compliance frameworks.
• Experience independently managing external audit relationships in a multi-entity multinational structure.
• Proficiency with ERP/audit systems and advanced Excel/financial analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong executive communication and interpersonal skills.
• High integrity, professional skepticism, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Audit management lead and execute internal and external audit engagements as the primary project manager.
• Serve as primary liaison with auditors, managing PBC requests, walkthroughs, samples, and other submissions.
• Tax Compliance Lead corporate tax compliance activities for multi-entity operations across regions.
• Prepare and where applicable file income tax returns and related filings.
• Support sales and use tax compliance including registrations and exemptions.
• Coordinate tax deadlines and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
• Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and control narratives; drive remediation.
• Prepare and present control effectiveness and compliance reporting to senior management.
• Lead process improvements and automation initiatives, including data analytics.
• Mentor finance and cross-functional teams on controls and compliance.
