ADP is hiring an Internal Audit Manager - Compliance to lead global compliance audits across ADP's businesses, products, and functions. You will independently manage audits through planning, fieldwork, and reporting, identifying risks and strengthening controls.

You'll partner with Compliance, Legal, Privacy, and business leaders while overseeing co-sourced resources and multiple engagements. Strong communication and data analysis are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience with 4+ years leading audits.
• Independent audit leadership through planning, fieldwork and reporting.
• 2+ years of people leadership preferred.
• Ability to communicate findings to stakeholders with credibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of compliance audits from planning to reporting.
• Lead multiple projects with limited supervision and tight timelines.
• Conduct comprehensive audit reviews to define scope and risks.
• Review project documents and provide constructive feedback.
• Analyze data sets to identify risk trends.
• Lead meetings and build relationships with owners and management.
• Communicate audit results and recommendations to senior management.
• Act as a subject-matter resource for key processes.
• Travel up to 20% annually.
