Job summary

Meta is seeking a Competitive Intelligence Program Manager to build and scale global research programs and governance. You will lead cross-functional partnerships, drive data sourcing, and guide strategic initiatives that expand vendor coverage and improve processes.

You will work to embed AI-enabled workflows, define roadmaps, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Sourcing, Privacy, and Legal to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in program/project management with a focus on vendor management or business operations.
• 2+ years managing cross-functional data projects (3P data source integration).
• Experience in data modeling and project tracking; proficiency with Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides.
• Experience establishing programs and leading them end-to-end while scaling for growth.
• Experience building relationships with peers and senior stakeholders and collaborating across locations.
• Experience communicating with data to drive change.
• Experience managing competing priorities and shifting requirements independently.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Meta Sourcing and Privacy teams to complete new data contracts and renewals, ensuring compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and expand data coverage.
• Guide vendor management and governance; support pricing decisions and terms.
• Define program roadmaps, share updates, surface risks, and ensure commitments are delivered.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on internal processes, templates, and guidelines for optimization.
• Define and manage strategic initiatives to improve team efficiency and impact.
• Work in an AI-native way by integrating AI into workflows to boost productivity and quality.
• Serve as a connection point to the Global Research Ops team and adopt relevant best practices.
