Job summary

Meta is seeking a Competitive Intelligence Program Manager in a Global Research Operations capacity to define and scale global programs and processes. You will partner with Sourcing, Privacy and Legal to coordinate external data sources, drive governance, and optimize vendor relationships.

You will lead cross-functional data projects, implement AI-enabled workflows, and communicate program roadmaps to stakeholders across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in program or project management with vendor management or operations focus.
• 2+ years managing cross-functional data projects (3P data source integration).
• Experience with Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides for tracking and reporting.
• Ability to establish and lead programs end-to-end while growing teams.
• Ability to build relationships with peers and senior stakeholders across locations.
• Experience communicating with data to drive change.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sourcing and Privacy teams to manage data contracts and renewals.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and expand data coverage.
• Guide vendor management and governance; support pricing and terms decisions.
• Define program roadmaps, share updates, communicate risks, and ensure delivery.
• Collaborate on internal processes, templates, and guidelines for team optimization.
• Define and manage strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and impact.
• Integrate AI into workflows to boost productivity and adoption across the team.
• Coordinate with Global Research Ops and align with team needs and best practices.
