Job summary

Meta seeks a Competitive Intelligence Program Manager to define and scale global research programs, partnering with Sourcing, Privacy, and Legal to coordinate data contracts and vendor governance. You will drive AI-enabled workflows, enhance data coverage, and align cross-functional teams across locations to deliver high-impact programs.

You will own roadmaps, manage risks, and build scalable operational systems to support a growing global research portfolio.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on vendor management or business operations.
2+ years of experience managing cross functional data projects (3P data source integration) in a corporate or similar role
Experience in data modeling, project tracking, including advanced proficiency with Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides
Experience with establishing programs and leading them end-to-end while scaling for growth
Experience building relationships with peers and senior stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations
Experience communicating with data to drive change
Experience managing competing priorities and shifting requirements independently, and resolving operational problems as they surface

Responsibilities

Partner with Sourcing and Privacy to complete new data contracts and renewals, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and expand data coverage to maximize vendor value.
Guide vendor management and governance, build relationships with vendors, support pricing and terms negotiations.
Define program roadmaps, share updates, communicate risks, ensure commitments are delivered.
Collaborate with stakeholders on internal processes and templates to improve efficiency and documentation.
Define and manage strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and establish supporting systems.
Integrate AI into workflows to boost productivity, innovation, and quality; adapt to new tech and share best practices.
Act as liaison to Global Research Ops, adopt new processes and collaborate on team-specific programs.
