Job summary

Meta is seeking a Global Competitive Intelligence Program Manager to build and scale global research programs and govern external data sources. You will partner with Sourcing, Privacy, and Legal to manage contracts, renewals, and governance across vendor relationships.

You will drive efficiency, guide data sourcing, and lead strategic initiatives in an AI-native environment, collaborating with stakeholders across locations for impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in program or project management with a focus on vendor management or business operations.
• 2+ years of experience managing cross functional data projects (3P data source integration).
• Experience in data modeling and project tracking with Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
• Experience with establishing programs and leading them end-to-end while scaling for growth.
• Experience building relationships with peers and senior stakeholders across locations.
• Experience communicating with data to drive change.
• Experience managing competing priorities and shifting requirements independently.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Meta Sourcing and Privacy to complete data contracts and renewals to ensure compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and expand data coverage.
• Guide vendor management practices and governance; support pricing negotiations.
• Define program roadmaps, share updates, communicate risks, and ensure commitments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on processes, templates, and guidelines.
• Define and manage strategic initiatives to improve team efficiency and impact.
• Integrate AI into workflows to boost productivity and adoption across the team.
• Coordinate with Global Research Ops and adopt best practices for relevant programs.
