Job summary

Meta is seeking a Competitive Intelligence Program Manager to build and scale global research programs, partnering with Sourcing, Privacy, and Legal to acquire and maintain external data sources. You will drive operational excellence, guide data sourcing, and foster cross-functional partnerships to advance our vendor governance and AI-enabled workflows.

We are looking for a systems thinker who can define strategic roadmaps, improve efficiency, and deliver high-impact outcomes while collaborating

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience with vendor management or operations.
• 2+ years managing cross-functional data projects (3P data source integration).
• Strong data modeling and project tracking; proficient with Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
• Experience establishing programs end-to-end and scaling them for growth.
• Proven ability to build relationships with peers and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate with data to drive change.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sourcing and Privacy to complete data contracts and renewals while ensuring compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and expand data coverage.
• Guide vendor management governance and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Define program roadmaps, share updates, and communicate risks and changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on processes, templates, and documentation.
• Define and manage strategic initiatives to improve team efficiency and impact.
• Integrate AI in workflows to boost productivity and innovation.
• Connect with Global Research Ops to adopt best practices for the team.
