Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive compensation or Total Rewards experience with complex, multi-country programs.
  • Expertise in compensation philosophy, job architecture, and program governance.
  • Ability to connect talent choices to business strategy with financial analysis.
  • Experience operationalizing pay-equity analytics and transparency requirements.
  • Strong command of compensation data, analytics, and HR systems controls.
  • Proven track record in transforming compensation programs and operating models.
  • Familiarity with U.S. and international compensation environments, including M&A oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the global compensation philosophy aligned with business strategy.
  • Establish governance standards, policies, and approval processes for compensation decisions.
  • Prepare detailed analysis and presentations for C-suite and Board discussions.
  • Own the global job architecture and ensure coherent pay structures across markets.
  • Lead annual compensation programs, including salary, merit, and bonus frameworks.
  • Conduct pay equity analysis and establish objective pay practices.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform compensation decisions and improve operational efficiency.
