Job summary

eBay is seeking a Senior Director of Compensation to lead the global broad-based compensation programs, governance, design, and execution. You will partner with senior leaders to align compensation with business objectives, talent strategy, and compensation philosophy, driving transparency and trust across the organization.

You will report to the VP of Total Rewards, Global Mobility, and M&A, leading a high-performing team of compensation professionals, leveraging analytics, and ensuring pay

Qualifications

• 15+ years designing, managing, and evolving broad-based compensation programs in global orgs.
• Strong advisor to senior leaders and cross-functional partners on compensation strategy.
• Proficient in market pricing, pay equity, governance, and global comp practices.

Responsibilities

• Set long-term vision and multi-year strategy for global compensation programs.
• Design, implement, communicate, and improve compensation programs globally.
• Act as enterprise thought leader translating market trends into actionable recommendations.
• Lead governance, analytics, and compliance for compensation programs.
• Coach and build a high-performing global compensation team.
