Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Manager, Comp Strategy & US to shape and deliver global compensation programs. You will drive retention, recognition, and year-end processes, while aligning with regulatory requirements and market practices.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal and business leaders to influence compensation strategy, governance, and vendor management on a global scale.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, HR, or related field.
• Experience designing, implementing and managing global compensation programs.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead global retention and recognition programs.
• Lead year-end compensation planning activities with stakeholder alignment.
• Design and enhance global compensation programs and frameworks.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal and business leaders on compensation challenges.
• Develop global compensation communications for audiences worldwide.
• Oversee sales compensation programs and plan governance.
• Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and governance.
