Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director, Exec, Compensation to lead global executive compensation strategy, governance, and disclosures. You will partner with senior leaders and the Compensation & Benefits Committee to align pay with strategy, performance, and shareholder expectations.

Responsibilities include overseeing annual cycles, benchmarking, and governance improvements, while guiding executive lifecycle decisions and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years in executive and equity compensation, including governance and global delivery.
• Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the global executive compensation philosophy and program architecture.
• Provide market-informed recommendations on executive pay decisions and governance.
• Lead development of materials for CEO, CHRO, CFO, and Board committees.
• Oversee executive benchmarking and scenario planning; manage disclosures and regulatory filings.
• Drive governance improvements and process efficiency across the enterprise.
