In the context of the DePuy Synthes separation, you will navigate governance, regulatory disclosures, benchmarking, and communications with the Board, ensuring compliant, market-aligned compensation practices

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in executive and equity compensation in a global environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for senior leadership and Board.
• Demonstrate data-driven governance and risk awareness.

Aufgaben

• Own the global executive compensation philosophy and program architecture.
• Provide market-informed recommendations on executive pay decisions and governance.
• Lead materials for CEO, CHRO, CFO, and Board committees each cycle.
• Oversee executive benchmarking, peer group design, and pay-for-performance analysis.
• Drive governance, tools, and processes to scale across the enterprise.
• Oversee executive lifecycle decisions and compliance with policy and governance requirements.
• Lead disclosure strategy and external filings in partnership with stakeholders.
• Manage proxy advisor engagement and scenario planning for governance outcomes.
• Monitor evolving regulations and translate insights into program design.
