Job summary

Soni is seeking a Global Compensation Partner to design, implement, and administer compensation programs across multiple regions. You will collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and leaders to ensure competitive and compliant practices aligned with our global philosophy.

You will lead market pricing, annual compensation cycles, and data analytics while maintaining data integrity across HRIS systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5–8+ years of progressive compensation or total rewards experience, including global compensation.
  • Experience supporting multiple international regions preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, salary structures, incentive programs, and market benchmarking.
  • Experience with compensation survey providers such as Mercer, WTW, Korn Ferry, Radford, or Aon.
  • Knowledge of global compensation regulations and pay equity practices.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UKG preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and consulting skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to develop competitive compensation strategies that support organizational objectives.
  • Provide consultation on salary offers, promotions, transfers, international assignments, and retention recommendations.
  • Conduct market pricing using global compensation surveys and benchmarking tools.
  • Lead annual compensation processes, including merit increases, bonuses, long-term incentives, and salary planning.
  • Analyze compensation data to identify trends, pay equity concerns, compression issues, and market competitiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international compensation regulations, including pay transparency requirements where applicable.
  • Support job architecture, job evaluations, salary grades, and global career frameworks.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop competitive compensation packages for new hires.
  • Prepare compensation analyses and presentations for executive leadership and HR stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Finance on compensation budgeting and forecasting.
  • Participate in M&A activities, organizational restructures, and integration of compensation programs.
  • Maintain compensation data integrity within HRIS systems.
  • Develop and maintain compensation policies, procedures, and governance documentation.
  • Recommend enhancements to compensation programs based on market trends and business needs.
  • Support executive compensation projects as assigned.

Compensation: $160,000-170,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
