Job summary

Gates Corporation in Denver, CO is seeking a Compensation Specialist to lead global compensation projects within the Global Compensation Center of Excellence. You will drive job evaluation, leveling, market benchmarking, and the annual planning cycle, ensuring pay equity and policy alignment with leadership.

You will partner with HR Business Partners, regional managers, and Finance to administer the global bonus cycle, submit market data, and implement process improvements across regions, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics or related field.
• At least 7 years of progressive compensation experience, including 3+ years in job evaluation and benchmarking.
• Experience leading projects with limited oversight across multiple countries/regions.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills with ability to model and validate compensation data.

Responsibilities

• Lead global compensation projects including job evaluation, leveling, and market benchmarking.
• Oversee annual compensation planning cycle, bonus administration, and pay equity analysis.
• Provide Tier 2 consulting support to Regional Compensation Managers and HRBPs.
• Drive compensation systems improvements and ensure data integrity.
