Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking an HR Manager, Global Compensation & Benefits, to design and lead global compensation programs and initiatives in a hybrid Denver setting. You will partner with regional HR and benefit teams, guide leadership, and drive analytics and systems implementation to harmonize rewards across regions.

The role requires strong project and consulting skills, vendor management, and deep expertise in compensation trends, with an emphasis on global pay frameworks and benefits

Qualifications

• At least a 4-year degree and 8 years of compensation/benefits experience.
• Strong client relationship skills with leaders and employees at all levels.
• Ability to manage several global projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced writing skills for emails, FAQs, training content, and speaking points.
• Experience consulting HR groups on compensation design and implementation.
• Knowledge of HR technology and systems, especially Workday or Payfactors.
• Bachelor's degree in HR/Finance/Business plus WorldatWork certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and lead global compensation and benefits programs and initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships for Payfactors, Syndio, and other providers.
• Provide analytics and research on compensation trends and costs for leadership.
• Consult with regional teams to explain programs and train staff on processes.
• Support M&A by integrating compensation practices where needed.
