Job summary

Zillow is seeking a Senior Compensation Program Manager to design and administer complex global compensation programs. You will lead market benchmarking, equity program design, and cross-functional consultation with HR and Finance to support competitive, equitable pay decisions across roles and programs.

You will build strong partnerships with HR Business Partners and share governance tools, including surveys, dashboards, and job architecture guidance, to ensure data quality and policy adherence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in compensation, rewards, or HR analytics.
• Experience with market benchmarking and salary survey submissions.
• Experience analyzing large data sets for compensation insights.
• Experience using HRIS/HCM systems like Workday.
