Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking a Global Compensation & Mobility Analyst to design and analyze compensation programs. You will partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to develop market-informed recommendations that support hiring, retention, and growth.

The role emphasizes compensation design, analytics, executive compensation support, and coordination of the global mobility program, delivering scalable solutions and insights to leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
Three+ years in compensation, Total Rewards, HR analytics or related field.
Experience with benchmarking, market pricing, salary structure development, or design.
Experience in global organizations preferred; mobility exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using surveys and market data.
Develop and maintain global salary structures, pay ranges, and models.
Analyze competitiveness and provide recommendations aligned with compensation philosophy.
Partner with HRBPs and TA to develop compensation recommendations for hires, promotions, transfers.
Coordinate day-to-day administration of global mobility programs and assignments.
Develop dashboards, reports, and analyses to inform business decisions.
