Pizza Hut in Louisville, KY is seeking a Global Compensation & Mobility Analyst to lead design, analytics, and delivery of global compensation programs. You will partner with HR, Finance, and leaders to develop market-informed recommendations that support hiring, retention, and growth.

You will analyze data, manage salary structures and mobility programs, and contribute to executive compensation activities while building scalable processes for a global organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field preferred.
• Three+ years of experience in compensation, Total Rewards, HR analytics, or a related field.
• Experience supporting compensation benchmarking, market pricing, salary structure development, or compensation design preferred.
• Experience working within a global organization preferred.
• Exposure to global mobility programs is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using external surveys and data.
• Support development and maintenance of global salary structures, pay ranges, and models.
• Analyze compensation competitiveness and provide recommendations aligned with philosophy.
• Partner with HRBP and Talent Acquisition to develop comp recommendations for hires, promotions, and changes.
• Support administration and evolution of global job architecture framework.
• Evaluate and level positions using established methodologies and market data.
• Review job descriptions for alignment with architecture and market practices.
• Maintain job architecture documentation and governance.
• Assist with merit planning and incentive program execution.
• Support compensation modeling, data validation, reporting, and testing.
• Identify opportunities to improve compensation processes and user experience.
• Assist with executive compensation benchmarking, analyses, and reporting.
