Sr. Manager, Guest Lifecycle Capabilities & Market Acceleration
Full-time Regular Plano, TX, US
Salary Range: US$142,500.00 To US$167,500.00 Annually
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Sr. Manager, Global Guest Lifecycle Growth will help shape how Pizza Hut builds deeper, more valuable guest relationships across its global system.
This leader will sit at the intersection of guest strategy, CRM, loyalty, data, technology, and market execution. They will identify the most important lifecycle growth opportunities across markets, build capabilities that can scale, and work directly with regional, operating-market, and franchisee teams to move from ambition to activation.
This is not a role focused solely on producing global frameworks. It is an opportunity to solve bold, practical growth challenges:
- How do we create meaningful guest relationships across markets with vastly different levels of data and digital maturity?
- Which lifecycle capabilities should be shared globally, and which must remain locally designed?
- How can Pizza Hut use CRM, loyalty, personalization, and audience intelligence to increase frequency and customer value?
- How do we turn learning from the U.S. and other leading markets into adaptable solutions—not copy-and-paste playbooks?
- How do we demonstrate near-term commercial impact while strengthening long-term capabilities?
The person in this role will help answer those questions at the scale of an iconic global brand.
