In this leadership role, you will partner with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape compensation strategies that attract, reward, and retain top talent while supporting a high-performance, people-first culture. You will also lead and develop a team of compensation professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent work experience; high school diploma/GED accepted with sufficient experience.
• Minimum 5 years of compensation experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leading and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of compensation professionals.
• Provide strategic compensation guidance to executives and HR partners.
• Oversee the full-cycle annual compensation process including salary planning, incentive programs, budgeting, and governance.
• Design, enhance, and administer compensation programs including sales compensation.
• Analyze compensation data, market trends, and business metrics to inform decisions.
