C.H. Robinson is seeking a Manager Compensation to lead the development and execution of compensation programs across our global organization.

You will partner with business leaders, HR, and cross-functional teams to shape strategies that attract and retain talent while supporting a high-performance culture. You will also lead and develop a team of compensation professionals, driving excellence in planning, analytics, governance, and education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum 4 years of equivalent work experience and high school diploma/GED.
• Minimum 5 years of Compensation experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leading and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of compensation professionals to serve as trusted advisors.
• Build relationships with executive stakeholders and provide strategic guidance.
• Oversee full-cycle annual compensation processes including salary planning and governance.
• Partner to design and administer compensation programs, including sales incentives.
• Analyze compensation data and market trends to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and People Analytics teams.
• Drive continuous process improvements and enhance employee experiences.
• Develop compensation education resources for managers and staff.
• Monitor compliance and stay updated on market practices.
• Foster engagement, inclusion, and organizational change initiatives.
