Job summary

BlackLine seeks a Director of Global Compensation to set strategic direction for global pay programs and lead a world‑class compensation function. You will own planning, budgeting, and the design of base pay, incentives, and equity while ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience leading global broad-based compensation programs at senior levels.
• Strong communication and advisory skills for executives and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual global compensation planning process and budgeting.
• Design and manage base pay, incentives, equity, and competitiveness models.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leaders and HR Business Partners on compensation.
• Collaborate with HR Technology to roadmap compensation systems and data reporting.
