Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation or related field.
• Experience designing and implementing global compensation programs.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of global compensation programs.
• Provide data-driven insights to HRBPs and leaders to inform compensation strategy.
• Synthesize compensation data and present actionable recommendations to senior leaders.
• Own annual planning cycles including Year-End planning, communications, and governance.
• Ensure compliance with US/Canada pay practices and regulatory requirements.
