Job summary

Fluor Corporation, headquartered in Irving, Texas, seeks a Senior Manager, Global Compensation to lead the design, implementation, and governance of compensation programs that attract, motivate, and retain talent across the Urban Solutions segment.

This role partners with HRBPs and senior leaders, translating complex data into actionable insights, and oversees annual merit, promotion, and incentive planning while ensuring US/Canada pay compliance and cross‑market consistency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation.
• Proven track record building from scratch: processes, playbooks, or program infrastructure.
• Excellent written communication for executive updates and memos.
• Strong foundation in global compensation programs with base pay and incentives.
• Ability to translate complex compensation data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of global compensation programs, including base salary frameworks and applicable bonus administration for the Urban Solutions assigned business segment.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to HRBPs and business leaders, providing clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making on compensation strategies.
• Synthesize complex compensation data and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Own and drive key compensation processes such as the annual Year-End Planning cycles.
• Maintain governance and documentation standards for compensation processes and policies.
• Serve as the internal SME for US/Canada pay practices and compliance (FLSA, state/local/provincial) and support other segments.
• Perform market benchmarking and analysis to meet business needs.
• Drive process improvements to optimize core compensation activities.
• Own ad hoc projects and drive to completion.
