Resideo seeks a Senior Director, Global Compensation to architect and govern the enterprise-wide compensation strategy. You will advise the HR and executive teams, oversee executive, broad-based, and equity programs, and drive governance, analytics, and modernization of compensation practices across the global business.

The role requires deep expertise in pay strategy, governance, and transformation, with a focus on transparency, market competitiveness, and scalable operations.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive compensation experience with leadership responsibility.
Expertise in compensation strategy, governance, and programs.
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data interpretation skills.
Experience advising executive leadership on strategic compensation matters.
Experience leading compensation transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Define and lead global compensation strategy and governance.
Oversee executive, broad-based, and sales compensation programs.
Drive job architecture, pay transparency, and modernization.
Partner with Finance, Legal, Payroll, and HR to align solutions.
