Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a Lead Compensation Analyst to manage the global compensation cycle, incentive programs, and job leveling. You will partner with HR, Finance, and Sales Operations to keep pay practices competitive, fair, and compliant across regions.

You will lead data analyses, market benchmarking, and the design of compensation structures while driving process improvements and leveraging AI tools to automate reporting. Strong communication with executives is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 7+ years compensation experience in multi-region/global ops
• Strong hands-on in program administration including STI/LTI, market benchmarking, job evaluation
• Experience with Workday Core/Advanced Compensation modules
• Analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets; ability to model and audit complex datasets
• Ability to explain pay concepts clearly to non-HR audiences and influence executives

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual global compensation cycle (merit, promotions, equity, bonuses) including budget analysis and audits (end-to-end).
• Administer short- and long-term incentives, manage job leveling, and market benchmarking.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Sales Ops and Talent to align on compensation philosophy and guidelines.
• Develop manager-facing guidelines and training resources for the cycle; ensure compliance with local/global pay laws.
• Turn data into dashboards and executive summaries to support decision making.
