Avanos Medical seeks a Lead Compensation Analyst to drive market-aligned compensation strategies and administer global and local salary structures and incentive plans. The role leads teams on complex analyses and collaborates with HR partners and senior leadership.

The position requires deep compensation expertise, strong communication, and experience in pay equity and regulatory compliance. Hybrid work with office presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Specialized depth/breadth in compensation, typically 8+ years.
• Ability to lead others in solving complex problems.
• Experience designing/administering salary structures and incentive plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead market/industry/internal data analyses to shape compensation strategies.
• Manage complex job evaluations and ensure alignment with goals.
• Develop and oversee salary structures, incentives, and global/local programs.
