Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking a Lead Compensation Analyst to manage global compensation processes and advise HR and business leaders. You will lead the annual compensation cycle, administer short- and long-term incentive programs, and benchmark job levels across regions.

You will partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Sales Operations to ensure competitive, fair, and compliant pay practices while guiding managers through compensation philosophy and structures.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 7+ years of progressive compensation experience across multi-region/global operations.
• Workday Core & Advanced Compensation experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for modeling and audits.
• Strong coaching, presentation, and stakeholder-partnering skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end global annual compensation cycle including merit, promotions, equity allocations.
• Model budgets and payout forecasts; manage timelines and approvals.
• Provide compensation guidance to HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Sales Operations.
• Develop manager guidelines and training resources for the cycle.
• Drive pay equity analysis, reporting, and process improvements.
