Job summary
CHAGEE USA is seeking a Sr Manager, Global Compensation & Incentives to lead the design and governance of our global pay structures. You will drive market benchmarking, cross-regional analytics, and compliant programs across North America and Asia-Pacific, including regional LTI design and communications.
You will partner with Finance, Legal, Tax, and HR to ensure accurate data, timely cycles, and connected performance and incentive plans, while guiding leaders on offer strategy and equity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 10+ years of compensation and benefits experience designing global architectures.
- Proven ability to lead cross-regional compensation projects and programs.
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee global compensation architecture with governance and benchmarking.
- Lead global compensation surveys and data analytics; develop market comparisons and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations across all operating jurisdictions.
- Design regionalized long-term incentive (LTI) programs and align with retention goals.
- Own North America compensation review cycles, including merit and incentives.
- Monitor pay equity, wage trends, and regulatory changes; advise senior leadership.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders on compensation strategy and offers.
